Since we chose the theme of "Look Into The Future...", little did we know we would really have to look into the future.  Due to the COVID-19 crisis and then the St. Pete Grand Prix being rescheduled, we have once again rescheduled the Beta Sigma Phi Florida State Convention for 2020 for the safety of our sisters.

Thank you to our sisters in Tampa (2022) and Orlando (2023) along with the chairmen of the 2021 and 2024 conventions, we will be holding the 2022 convention.  Shifting has been done and Tampa will now hold the 2023 and Orlando will bid on 2025.

The information in this packet is being updated accordingly and we request you share it with the appropriate person(s) in your chapter and council.     We had to set the limit at 350 people, and spaces can fill up quickly.  The new registration/cancellation deadline is
April 1, 2022.

The 2020 Look Into the Future Polo Shirt will be worn at the 2022 convention as we will not be reordering new shirts.  Shirts are still available and an order form has been included in the packet.  Be sure to purchase your shirt before your size is gone.

The Hilton Hotel will be rebuilding our room block which will be ready for reservations in May, 2021.  More information to follow.

We are excited about having our sisters come to enjoy a "Look Into the Future.." weekend.  There will be a lot of fun things in store.
